About Fardad Fam
At Fardad Fam, we provide integrated services including flexographic printing on packaging films, lamination (solvent-based, solventless, and extrusion), and the production of multilayer pouches. Mission and Approach
Fardad Fam’s goal is to provide a complete roll-based packaging solution—from technical assessment and design to printing, lamination, and final sealing. Each project is managed through clearly defined specifications, quality control tests at key stations, and process reporting to ensure consistent color stability, adhesion, and sealing strength.

Roll-to-roll printing up to 8 colors on BOPP, CPP, PET, PE, and nylon; surface/reverse printing, color management, and register control
Packaging Design & Prepress
Dieline, color separation, trapping, and plate preparation; delivering standardized AI/PDF files for the printing line
Multilayer Lamination
Solvent-based, solventless, and extrusion; structures such as BOPP/CPP, PET/AL/PE, and PA/PE with adhesion testing
Pouch Sealing & Production
Three-side seal, center seal, and stand-up; options for zipper/valve/spout, with leak testing and dimensional tolerance control
