Project Process at Fardad Fam
Four Defined Steps: Prepress & Plate Making, Printing, Lamination, Cutting & Converting.
At each stage, sampling and quality control reporting are carried out, and the final output is delivered as rolls or pouches, according to the requested width, diameter, and core specifications.
Receiving the file, conducting technical checks (Dieline, Trap, Overprint, and color profile), applying required corrections, and final approval prior to production.
Execution of surface or reverse printing on BOPP, CPP, PE, and nylon films with accurate register alignment and consistent color management; in-process sampling and approval.
Lamination processes (solvent-based, solventless, or extrusion) tailored to the required structure, with strict control of adhesion, coating uniformity, and curing time.
Slitting customized to the required width, core, and diameter of your line; subsequently converted into three-side-sealed, center-sealed, stand-up, or side-gusset pouches, and finalized for packaging and shipment.

Your Frequently Asked Questions
In this section, we answer the most common questions about working with Fardad Fam — from minimum order quantities and printing timelines to differences in lamination methods, pouch/bag sealing options, and file requirements.
These answers serve as an initial guide and may vary depending on the material and structure of each project. For an accurate summary, file review and time/cost estimation will be carried out after the initial contact.
What is the minimum print run requirement?
Based on the material structure and production process, the minimum run typically starts from approximately 2,000 to 5,000 meters.
How long does each production stage take?
Following file approval: Printing requires 3–5 business days, lamination 2–3 days (including curing time based on adhesive type), and slitting/converting 1–3 days.
The overall lead time varies according to print run size and production planning.
Which film types and thickness ranges do you accommodate?
BOPP, CPP, PE, and nylon (PA) films in common industrial thicknesses.
Surface or reverse printing can be applied, with multi-layer lamination tailored to the desired structure.
How do solvent-based, solventless, and extrusion lamination differ?
Solvent-based: Provides strong bonding and durability, but requires solvent evaporation.
Solventless: Environmentally friendly and allows faster curing.
Extrusion: Involves a molten polymer layer between substrates, ideal for specific structures requiring enhanced strength and durability.
Which pouch and bag formats do you manufacture?
Available formats include three-side-seal, center-seal, stand-up, side-gusset, and wicket bags. Dimensions and specifications are tailored to match your packaging line requirements.
Can print samples be provided, or is it possible to visit comparable projects?
Yes. Print samples or cut-outs are available depending on the project, and visits to previously completed jobs can be arranged upon request.
